thursday workout

90 minutes walking- walked the ENTIRE perimeter of UCLA. whew- it was hard, but i felt great afterwards.

wednesday ballet

70 minute ballet class with onisha... hard- left leg hurt like a mofo at the hip.

it's WAY too hard for a beginning basic class.

monday exercise

60 minutes walking with Cathy
60 minute ballet class

friday

45 minutes of walking around the neighborhood with cathy

ballet tonight

good class- not too hard and i didn't feel like too much of a fat turd. the wednesday class is much harder and turdy.

i've been on a traveling hiatus, and tomorrow i'll go walking with cathy around the park.

cam is in sd with his grandparents. we miss him so much. house is vacant, heart is empty.

thursercise

25 minutes bicycle (level 5)
32 minutes treadmill (week 2, day 4 couch to 5k)
23 minutes elliptical

my hipbones are sore... i wonder why?

wednesday exercise

30 minutes bicycle (level 5, random)
35 minutes treadmill (3.7 mph)

ass a bit sore after workout...

maybe ballet class tonight if jeff gets home early enough.

34 minutes treadmill (week 2 c25k, day 3)
25 minutes elliptical

feeling great! week off did me good...

20 minutes bicycle (upped a level today)
32 minutes treadmill (c25k, week 2, day 2- took it a bit slower today and actually made it through the whole thing)
23 minutes elliptical

off to oregon via amtrak tomorrow with cam. leaving jefe behind. visiting my father.

back next saturday night...
