Furlough day today. I got to take Cam to school- nice. Met up with Keren and chatted on our walk home.
Appointment with Dr. K. Everything seems fine- he says to expect to remain on the Coumadin due to the clot last week, even though it wasn't a dangerous one.
Then I went to see The Lincoln Lawyer. Not a bad movie. I enjoyed it- not great, but still.
I'm currently baking brownies for tomorrow's Pinewood Derby. I'll be decorating them as wee cars, with gummy lifesavers as tires. I'm trying for tickets so everyone just gets one. I also bought small bottles of water so that the kids won't get a double dose of sugar with juice boxes just before bed. The house smells wonderful.

I finished the first Cherub book The Recruit. Cam is loving it. I ordered him a t-shirt and it arrived today- plus the second book in the series. I'm officially the best mom evAR. I'm currently reading the second one- Class A (UK version) the US version is called The Dealer. I bought it second hand for less than $5 with shipping. US version is currently only in hard cover.
